IPIÑA PARKING STRUCTURE
With 460 tons of steel and 9,100 m² of steel decking, this project stands proudly in the Historic Center of San Luis Potosí, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Designed with precision to respect its historical surroundings, it is an iconic work by Grupo EMPRESA, where every gram of steel and meter of assembly reflects our commitment to excellence.
APELSA
This 150-ton, 4,200 m² project, featuring Ternium Multypanel, meets the highest food-grade standards. Designed to meet the demands of the industry, it combines functionality and innovation in its fabrication. ARIETTA
With a size of 100 tons, this project is located in the prime area of Zibatá, Querétaro. Designed to house a gym and multi-purpose offices, it is an iconic work within the exclusive Arietta development. Grupo EMPRESA was responsible for the complete design and engineering development, reaffirming its commitment to quality and functionality in every detail
La Loma Sports Center Querétaro
With a size exceeding 250 tons, this project was entirely designed and developed by Grupo EMPRESA in Querétaro, Mexico. Thanks to our own fleet of tractor-trailers, we ensure efficient logistics for the delivery of finished products. The fully prefabricated structure is transported to the site for quick and efficient assembly, showcasing our expertise and commitment to quality at every stage of the process.
VUTEQ
This 292-ton project, located in San Luis Potosí, stands out for its execution under strict time and cleanliness standards. At Grupo EMPRESA, we are accustomed to meeting demanding schedules, making us ideal for challenges like this.
